Arby’s Horsey Sauce

I love Arby’s Horsey Sauce on Bison Burgers but recently ran out of the Arby’s packets and we don’t have an Arbys anywhere near where we live.  I found their secret recipe online at Todd Wilbur’s Top Secret Recipes.

Click Here for the recipe on his website.

Below is my version of it and a half recipe.

  • Mix: 1 Tablespoon of distilled white vinegar with 1.5 Teaspoons of natural sugar
  • Blend: 1/2 Cup of Mayo (Olive Oil Mayo) with 2 Tablespoons of Horseradish (I like mine hot)
  • Add vinegar/sugar mix to the mayo/horseradish mix in a blender.  Store in fridge.

Dr Oz: Pistachio Health Benefits

Dr Oz says pistachios area a healthy snack choice because they lower cholesterol and can even help you lose weight.

Dr. Oz says that even though we usually refer to pistachios as nuts, they are not nuts at all, but are actually seeds, but since they are a member of the cashew family it often just easier to call them nuts.

Pistachios for Digestion Problems

Here are some fun facts about pistachios and how they compare to other nuts:

  • More protein than walnuts
  • More potassium than pecans
  • Contain 3 times more fiber than cashews

Dr. Oz says another reason he is excited about pistachios is because they can help you lose inches off your waist, which is a big reason to fall in love with pistachios, don’t you think?

Dr Oz: Pistachio Serving Suggestion

Dr. Oz says when you snack on carbs, like chips and pretzels, you end up feeling hungry right after eating them because they do not contain any protein, which is why pistachios are such a good snack choice. They are packed with protein and fiber to make you feel full and satisfied and that is why they are so good for weight loss.

  • Eat at least a 1-ounce serving of pistachios (about 50) every day.
  • Buy unsalted pistachios
  • Purchase either shelled or unshelled
