I googled ‘How to clean your garage’ and below are five easy steps. LOL. I also received a tip from a blog follower ‘Go Vertical‘! What you can’t see in the photos is that the walls are loaded with shelves to the ceiling but they are not the most organized since I no longer can really get to them. Before I can plan out how to organize the garage I need to be able to walk through at least one side of it and get the piles of stuff lower!
Step 1 is to take the trash and recycling out of the garage and keep it out of the garage for good. Need to find somewhere to keep it though.
- Use as much vertical and ceiling space as possible. … {I have no vertical space left}
- Before reorganizing, try taking everything out of your garage. …{LOL yea right!}
- Decide what to keep, what to donate, and what to throw away. …{good idea}
- Group like items together so they’re easy to find. …{did that but can’t get to it}
- Decide which area of the garage is going to be used for what purpose.
